I feel a deep sense of getting this message out to you so that you too can spread the word about what is coming.
This world is not the same place it was a 100 years ago. I believe that what we see on Mainstream is a small portion of what is really happening in the world. We must all have ears to hear and eyes to see.
The Parable of the Sower
(Mark 4:1-9; Luke 8:4-15)
1The same day went Jesus out of the house, and sat by the sea side. 2And great multitudes were gathered together unto him, so that he went into a ship, and sat; and the whole multitude stood on the shore.
3And he spake many things unto them in parables, saying, Behold, a sower went forth to sow; 4And when he sowed, some seeds fell by the way side, and the fowls came and devoured them up: 5Some fell upon stony places, where they had not much earth: and forthwith they sprung up, because they had no deepness of earth: 6And when the sun was up, they were scorched; and because they had no root, they withered away. 7And some fell among thorns; and the thorns sprung up, and choked them: 8But other fell into good ground, and brought forth fruit, some an hundredfold, some sixtyfold, some thirtyfold. 9Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.
We are possibly the last generation and while it pains me to say that I am rejoicing for we are going to meet our King! What pains me is the loss of lives who do not know him, those that have not seeked him or built a relationship with him. Really that’s what it is all about…A Relationship. For years I have heard that all we need to do is seek him, say a prayer and boom we are saved. While yes we are saved but what does being saved mean? Jesus mentions many times in scriptures that we must know him. It’s even mentioned that he could possibly turn us away because he doesn’t know us. How can that be when we have been taught that he knows our hearts?
We must get to know him just like we must get to know our children or our boyfriends, husbands, friends etc. How do you do that? You start to ask questions, you spend time together, you may seek their advice, you may not like their advice. We cannot know the Father and he can not know us without spending time with him and seeking him, listening to him, showing him more love and respect than anything or anyone.
Jesus said!
Jeremiah 29:13 KJV
And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.
Proverbs 8:17 KJV
I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me.
Amos 5:4
For thus saith the LORD unto the house of Israel, Seek ye me, and ye shall live:
I believe many of us are one prayer away from HIM and receiving his Glory. You may say ONE PRAYER AWAY. Yes, because our God is such a loving merciful God he wants each and every one of us for his true purpose.
Let’s think of it this way for a moment. Each one of us was created in his image for a reason. A plan, a purpose. Whether you believe in your heart now that you have a purpose you can best believe that once you accept Christ your purpose will be so clear.
Let me say I’m a SINNER! I’ve sinned pretty huge in my life and trust me when I say accepting Jesus Christ is no get out of jail free card by any means. Oh No! He is merciful but he is a firm God and stands for what is right not wrong. I remember many times when I felt like he hit me upside the head with a 2×4 to get my attention.
I also remember that as a child growing I was given my first Bible by my grandmother and she taught me how to pray. Well like most kids I wanted to know the end of the Story. Yup Revelations. A 13 years old reading the book of Revelations for the 1st time was not the best idea. 1. It was very difficult to read and made no sense and 2. It scared me to no end.
As time went on and I entered new seasons of my life I felt disconnects between me and God. From a Child to Adult I can’t explain how many times I felt God didn’t know me and I didn’t know him. I didn’t ask him for nothing and he left me alone. Funny thing was it got really lonely and during those periods in my life I always felt I was missing something. When I got that 2×4 in the side of the head or back of the head, however he wanted to hit me at that moment I went back to him. Ironically I always ended up back where he left off with me the last time.
Very must like how he handled Elijah and Moses and so many others in the bible who just didn’t do what God wanted and tried to handle everything on their own. Amazingly enough even Moses had to go back where he ran from after 40 years and he was so blessed after he finally listened to God.
Sometimes we forget just how powerful our God is. We also forget just how patient he is with us. When someone there is someone who may be missing all his glorious blessings I weep. I don’t always have the best way to convince people who our God really is. I was not born an Evangelist so I have no clue how to lead them to the Father other than doing what I’m doing here. I’m a talker and a story teller and I like when people listen to me even if you are pretending to be listening I know that the Lord is working and the Holy Spirit is moving inside of you right now.
You’re ok if you laugh because my kids hate my lectures (I call them lessons). LOL! I know one day they will echo in their ears and they two will find themselves sounding more and more like me.
Back to the one prayer away…If you have a loved one who is desperate for love, desperate for grace in their lives, maybe just needing prayer or encouragement and you don’t know if they have ever excepted Jesus Christ into their lives share this! If you just want to remind someone of how Big Our God really is, Share this!
I encourage you to start speaking to others about the relationship that we need with our Father. It’s so powerful and so needed.
I believe we are getting ready to see Persecution increase here in the US. It’s already begun but not on the scale that is occurring in other countries in the Middle East. We need our Amour on and we need to be prepared for whatever comes our way.
Ephesians 6:16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
God warned us and he did not say he was going to do any of this other than his promise of Judgement. I believe the enemy is free and is here and now with his minions and we have little time to prepare. My husband and I woke up about 5 years ago and some days I wish we weren’t so awake but I’m thankful we are because we have spent time growing in our faith and building our relationship with God. We may or may not get a crown but I’m praying we are worthy. I believe anyone who seeks him and anyone who believes and works at spending time with him will have their names written in the Book of Life. Hallelujah
Blessings and Happy Thanksgiving to everyone! May you be covered in the Blood of the Lamb over your travels this Joyous Season!
God Bless
